Online Nike Sale!

Dear all,

The PESS Com is proud to bring you an Online Nike Sale! This is how it works:

1. Open the attached document (catalogue cum order form).

2. View the catalogue and fill in your name, contact no., quantity (and size) under the “Individual Names and Orders” worksheet for all the different categories of items that you wish to order. Any incomplete order forms will be deemed void.

3. Send your personal order form back to your class rep.

4. Class reps are to collate the orders for your class under the “Individual Names and Orders” worksheet”. (hence the many empty duplicates of individual order forms that are already there to help with the collation of orders)

5. Class reps are to send whatever orders that they have collated back to Jessica (via e-mail at jessleftstuff@hotmail.com) by the 26th of Sept, 2359h. All orders received after that will not be entertained.

Class reps, please send this out to your classmates asap. To help facilitate your collation, we suggest that you set your own dateline (when forwarding this e-mail) for your class so that you have time to collate and send it in to me by the dateline stated above. Remember to check that your classmates have filled in the necessary fields (as stated in point 2 above) as the Nike Sales Personnel will be contacting them personally for payment.
