HANDBALL CARNIVAL 2009

To All Teachers,

The chance for you to learn a new sport and participate in our 2nd NIE HANDBALL CARNIVAL is finally here!

Event Details:
Date: Saturday, 7th February 2009
Time: 9am to 6pm
Venue: National Institute of Education (NIE) Multi Purpose Hall
Registration Fee: $20/person (inclusive of goody bag with attractive items from our sponsors, cd rom containing lesson plans and handball videos)

Those who are interested to join the open category can inform us so that we can help you to form a team with the rest of participants.

Itinerary for the day:
- Welcome Speech and Video Presentation
- Handball Clinic to be conducted by HFS ‘C’ License Coaches currently studying in NIE: Ball handling skills, basic offensive and defensive strategies, shooting drills and Rules of the Game
- Break for lunch
- Street Handball Competition ( Inter class and Open category)
- Arrival of Guest of Honour
- Prize Presentation Ceremony
