ICG Basketball 2008 - written by Deg 2

Basketball was the first of the many Inter-class game (ICG) sports played on 15th August 2008.
The game started on a serious tone as several of the players became injured even during the preliminary rounds. However, this did not hinder the teams from playing their best for the class and interact with the other classes. There was a great base of supporters for both the male and female basketball teams, who cheered fervently throughout the night.
The two teams of degree year 4 emerged as victor at the end of the 1st ICG meet and accumulated the highest points of 10. PGDE Year 2 classes 3B, 3C, 3D and 3A Year 1 follow closely at a tie of 6 points.
The main convening class of PDGE 3B Year 2 and supporting class, Degree Year 2 would like to thank all the classes for the cooperation and participation in ICG basketball. Thank you to all who made this a success.
