pess adidas shirts

Good afternoon class reps and teachers!

We would like to inform you that there is another batch of PESS shirts that is up for orders now. This time round, our PESS logo would be printed on the Adidas shirts and we assure you that it is of 100% quality and dri-fit material.

Please refer to the attached documents:

3. Order form - Provide details of the individual + total quantity of individual shirts (in order form)

Pricing
The cost price of each shirt is $45, but there is a discounted price of $35-$37 (depending on the number of orders) specially for the PESS family!

Please note that orders will be proceeded once the payment is made to the supplier. Therefore, please collect the money from your classmates/colleagues in advance as well. The PESS committee is still in the midst of settling the account, so we will update you on the POSB savings account number as soon as we can.

Order Procedure
1. Disseminate the information to your fellow classmates/colleagues
2. Collate orders and fill up the order form
3. Submit orders to 10thpesstshirts@gmail.com by Friday, 14 October 2011 at 2200H

Feel free to forward this email to your respective contract/TA/practicuum schools. Late submission of orders will not be taken into consideration as we do not want to the delay the processing of orders.
